While taking photos, any Spypoint camera like Link Micro LTE, Link Micro S LTE or Link S Dark camera always using filter. What is filtering? When the camera takes a photo, it is saving that photo to the SD or Micro SD card. From there, the Firmware adding date, time, temperature, day or night time and also the camera model in that photo.
Also, while sending that same photo back to the app, it will also use its AI (Artificial Intelligence) to make sure if the photo is a human or a deer. As with the Insiders Club Membership, you will use those filters to get the filtered photos and see them.
Now, while the camera is sending Pink Color photos back to you, it means the Firmware is having some Error and it’s not working 100%. Right away, just call Spypoint Customer Service (1 888 779-7646) to get an OTA (Over The Air) firmware update or manually update that with your Laptop or Computer.
You will get the best photos right away. Done.
