Why its not sending any photos?
There are many reasons we found throughout our experience with the Spypoint Link Micro LTE camera. Here are few of them:
- Check if your camera is communicating (Last Communication) means you can see the date was today or yesterday.
- Whether your camera was showing any signal strength at last time communicating.
- If your plan (photo plan) is full? Example: If you have free plan, it will show 100 out of 100.
- Always check for the micro SD card you are using, what was the capacity & also what is percentage your app is showing that it’s full. Example: If your SD card is 16 GB & the % is showing 99% full, change or format the SD card today.
- The battery is a very important part for your Spypoint Link Micro LTE camera. If your battery is 0%, camera will never connect & will never send any photos remotely.
What is the quickest solution?
If it’s possible, just get the camera on hand & try to perform a restart. Believe us, that power cycle will solve a lot of your issues for your camera.
