A great product always takes time to fill the blanks in the market to stay for a long time. Like Spypoint Flex camera, there are very few cameras in the market that really have that many features together. Let’s talk about the Flex Storage issue.
Whenever you will activate the Spypoint Flex camera, most of the time it will show as the SD card is full or may be 1 GB or 0MB. IF that happens for now, please make sure the camera is taking photos & sending them back to you. If that is happening, you have nothing to worry about that. We already contacted Spypoint Support lot of times & they assured us as there is a glitch in their firmware that is causing the issue & they are working on it. Still if that happens, follow the steps below:
- Try to restart the camera & while its in the process, press & hold the Format button for 5 seconds.
- Also, you can manually format the Micro SD card with a laptop or computer.
- Make sure the SD card is in right capacity (2 to 512 GB).
- Please make sure if the SD card is showing error & also the camera is not working properly, call Spypoint Support ASAP.
