Spypoint Flex camera battery tray is not connecting
While you bought the camera, it comes with a tray and it requires 8 AA sized batteries. But, while you are trying to push the Battery tray & its not connecting with the connector & also its not powering your camera ON, that’s frustrating. In most cases, you can gently push the battery tray with 8 AA sized batteries in it or you can also use 12V battery as well.
For the battery tray, all we can share is to put batteries, try to push it all the way in & then start. If the camera will not show any lights, change the batteries & then try again. If still same, call Spypoint (1 888 779-7646) and let them know what you did & ask for a replacement battery tray.
