Spypoint Cell Link is not a camera but can transmit any non cellular camera photos to the Spypoint App. Also, the Cell Link can transmit HD quality photos back to the app upon requested.
This device was designed to make sure you can use your less expensive non cellular camera and this Cell Link to send photos remotely. For the same, this device needs enough power to connect & send photos straight to the Spypoint App. Spypoint already made LIT 10 battery that is rechargeable at home with the adapter. Also you can use Spypoint 12V battery so the camera will work for a long time. A solar panel cannot be directly hooked up to the CELL-LINK, however, the CELL-LINK can be connected to an external 12V battery, which can, in turn, be connected to a solar panel.
