Just like the other trail cameras from Spypoint, the new Spypoint Flex camera also have the photo transmission feature. But in addition, it can record 15 seconds of video along with audio as well. To get the Full HD video from the camera, you need to follow the below steps.
How will video get transmitted from Spypoint Flex camera?
- A single frame thumbnail of the video will show in your photo gallery in the Spypoint app. Video preview animation takes up 3 photos in space. Start, middle, and end frame which creates the preview (it will seem like a gif image).
- Pressing thumbnail will open an animated preview of the video that will play in a loop. With the 3 photos, you will know at a glance what’s happening.
- If the content of the preview is of interest, you may request the Full Length 15 seconds, 1080P video along with audio in it.
- Animated previews are included with any photo transmission plans the Flex camera will have. That means, if the camera will take a video & you have Basic plan (250 photos a month), then while it will send that video to the app, it will show 3/250 in the photo count.
