If you are in a situation where your Spypoint camera stolen already, make sure you know the details of your camera. Not every Spypoint camera comes with GPS capability, which is why if someone steals it, it’s almost impossible to get it back. But not for the Link S Dark or Spypoint FLEX cameras, as they already come with the GPS geotagging feature.
What to do if I am in a Spypoint camera stolen situation?
To access pictures that you no longer see on the Spypoint app, you have two options:
- They can be retrieved manually from the SD card of the Spypoint camera where a copy of all pictures is saved. Or,
- The purchase of Insiders Club Membership; which will provide you access to the last 12 months of photos sent by the camera (even if the pictures were deleted from the SD card). Once the payment is successful, you should start getting photos & they will be saved in the server & in your app for the next 12 months.
- Try to save most of your favorite photos in Favorite section to view them later or share.
