What is this?
It means the Spypoint Link S Dark camera is not able to communicate with the cellular modem board properly.
Make sure you try a power cycle (restart your camera) to verify it is not happening for only one time. If the message Error Modem is showing after you start the camera few times, means you have nothing else to do but call Spypoint 1 888 779-7646. The agents will ask you to make sure you tried to start the camera few times & everytime the camera is showing Error Modem sign.
