Link micro lte taking totally black night pics. It seems like the IR flash is not working. The camera has been working great all season so far. Has anyone had this issue?

Please try to put your camera in a dark room & do a wall test. If the camera will use flash & take the photos, check your app to make sure the photo had the flash in the dark room & the photo is not black. If the photo is black, then do a SD card format, manual firmware update & then change the batteries. After that, start your camera. If the camera will still take black photos in the dark room, call Spypoint Help for a replacement.
The camera was replaced due to failed flash. I did all the trouble shooting steps multiple times. Luckily the camera was still under warranty.
