If the camera is not activating, please follow these steps:
1. Restart your smartphone
2. Open the Spypoint app
3. Try to hit the PLUS icon to add a new device
4. Select model & then scan the barcode or add it manually
5. If it’s not taking the code, then there are some error in that code
The only final solution is to contact the Spypoint Customer Service through call or chat as they can manually create the code again & can help to activate within few minutes.

If the photo is black, then do a SD card format, manual firmware update & then change the batteries. After that, start your camera. If the camera will still take black photos in the dark room, call Spypoint Help for a replacement.

I have had to do all my cancellations and additions on the SPYPOINT website not on the app. Just toggle off the Auto-renewal switch. It will finish out the month till your billing date.

If that happened, please contact Spypoint Support and tell them as the camera had false trigger and you want them to fix that & also reset the photo count to 100.
Also, check if the camera is taking a lot of photos or not for some trees, branches or grass. If that happened, you can always change the location & can try again.
