Thanks for the question.
If the camera is not activating, please follow these steps:
1. Restart your smartphone
2. Open the Spypoint app
3. Try to hit the PLUS icon to add a new device
4. Select model & then scan the barcode or add it manually
5. If it’s not taking the code, then there are some error in that code
The only final solution is to contact the Spypoint Customer Service through call or chat as they can manually create the code again & can help to activate within few minutes.
